Ground breaking for a new multi-purpose building was celebrated October 7, 2007 at the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Gary Moore, chairman of the Building Committee, said, "The church has worked hard to produce a facility that will help us meet the needs of our growing community and to enlarge many of our own activities. We have planned well, given sacrificially, and prayed for this day. We are very happy with what it represents in terms of a growing ministry." The building costing $1.2 million dollars was paid in full when it was completed.

Some of the activities that are scheduled for the new building are youth musicals, children’s plays, volleyball and basketball for all ages, concerts with Gospel groups and contemporary bands, funeral receptions, enlarged Sunday School classes, Associational events and other ministry activities. Construction was completed in January of 2009 and was dedicated March 29, 2009.

Dr. Fred R. Skaggs, pastor, said, "We don’t ever forget that this is God’s doing, not ours. Many of our people who are not with us today gave of their means and looked forward to this day. Even though they are not with us now, they still speak." He said, "Their convictions that this is God’s work make their influence as much as part of this day as any of us in this room." County Line Baptist has a membership of over 400.
